Incorrect redirection to the modified page via the activity macro

Hello everyone!

I installed XWiki on Windows and I have a problem.
The essence of the problem: when I go to an edited page through the output of activity macro, I get a message that the page is unavailable.
I found that when going through the macro, the link to the page is modified and additionally another “bin” is added, for example:

The original link of the page:

https://address/bin/view/test1/

Via macro link changes to

https://address/bin/bin/view/test1/

Previously, when the system was installed on ubuntu, and there was no such problem (but the version was 16.8.0), but due to problems with connecting via ADFS, I had to switch to Windows

XWiki version: 16.9.0
Legacy Notification Activity Macro Extension Version: 16.9.0

I ask you to help me solve the problem, I can’t understand what this might be related to.
