Email sending time out

I am on xwiki 16.2 on docker behind a proxy.

That is my email configuration :

But I have a problematic with some emails… rarely, emails is sendings, but lot of time, I have time out… And its always for user / password forget

And y try to send again, i have this message :

Any idea about the cause ?
