New page - no possibility to change location

Hello,
I installed a new xwiki version (16.1). If I create a new page there is no possibility to set the location of the page.
If I create a new page on the old wiki, there is an option “location” where I can choose the path of the new page.
How can I activate this option in the new wiki again?
