Hi,
I have read the posts and jira about moving or rename some AWM.
The ones I found.
Still don’t see how to solve this.
Is there a way to :
- move a AWM A.
- Then update the links that are yet stored in the Database-List fields of another AWM B ?
In AWM B, I have a dabase list, with multiple select, of some documents that are in AWM A.
For this dabase list parameters :
XWiki Class Name : MyAWM_A.code.MyAWM_AClass
Id Field Name : doc.fullname
(Value Filed Name : doc.title).
I moved AWM A, to : New_Path.MyAWM_A
Is there a way to modify, automatically, or with a script or so,… this XWiki Class Name value, in all the Database List values, that are in AWM_B ?
(roughly fifty rows,… )
We have several AWM that are like that, with a link to another AWM.
Simple data model, just a link to another document in another AWM,… but this happens on 5 to 10 of those small AWM.
I have to move them all,… to better organise the wikis, and spaces.
Note : a move of a AWM is in the same space, and the related AWM_B is always in the same space.
I saw this post :
Does the option 1 could be a way to update the AWM_B ?
(With the new value… in the field…)
Option 1 : “Export the AWM use Find/Replace in the text editor”
But, I am not sure of how to do it.
Could you provide some more infos ?
More detailed way to do.
=> export, modify… then reimport ?
=> reimport : with same name of AWM_B, but with an option to override the yet existing documents of the AWM ?
May be this way is not appropriate at all… ?
Globally, a way to update AWM_B values, to re-link them to the new path to AWM_A… ?
Please, any help, or idea is welcome.
